Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required to prepare)
2 packs (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or 3 cups whipped cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13″ baking dish. Let it cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix with cold milk. Let it thicken for 5 minutes.
3. Spread a layer of whipped cream or Cool Whip over the cooled brownie base using an offset spatula.
4. Spoon the thickened pudding over the whipped cream layer and smooth it evenly.
5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows across the top. Press lightly so they stay in place.
6. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows or place the dish under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden.
7. Optionally, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for added crunch.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
