Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Greek yogurt

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Garlic (minced)

Cumin

Paprika

Coriander

Turmeric

Cinnamon

Black pepper

Salt

Fresh parsley

Flatbread or pita (optional)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

Mayonnaise

Greek yogurt

Lemon juice

Garlic (minced)

Dried parsley

Dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Grill or sear chicken in a hot pan for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred.
  4. Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, and seasoning until smooth.
