Instructions
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices.
- Marinate the Chicken: Coat chicken with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill or sear chicken in a hot pan for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked and charred.
