Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth. Stir until the stuffing is well moistened. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
