Description
The Cherry White Russian is a rich and creamy cocktail with a fruity twist. With layers of cherry syrup, coffee liqueur, vodka, and cream, this dessert-like drink is perfect for special occasions or whenever you’re in the mood for something indulgent and visually striking.
Ingredients
1 oz cherry syrup
1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
2 oz vodka
1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
Ice cubes
1–2 fresh cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Add 1 oz of cherry syrup to the bottom of an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
2. Gently pour in 1 oz of coffee liqueur, then 2 oz of vodka. Use the back of a spoon to create a layered effect if desired.
3. Slowly pour 1 oz of heavy cream or half-and-half on top. Leave it layered or gently stir for a marbled look.
4. Garnish with 1 or 2 fresh cherries on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream or almond milk creamer.
Use high-quality cherry syrup for deeper flavor and better visual effect.
