Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
8 oz rotini pasta
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
3. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until smooth.
6. Add cooked pasta into the sauce and toss until well coated.
7. Slice rested chicken and serve over the cheesy pasta. Drizzle with extra sauce.
8. Garnish with parsley and more parmesan if desired.
