Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy Parmesan linguine for a comfort dish that feels restaurant-worthy. Perfect for a cozy dinner or a special occasion.


Ingredients

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

12 oz linguine pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Pat steak dry, cut into bite-sized cubes, and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth.

5. Boil linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.

6. Toss linguine in the cream sauce, adjusting thickness with pasta water if needed.

7. Top with steak bites, garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan, and serve hot.

Notes

Sear steak in batches to avoid overcrowding and ensure even browning.

Grate Parmesan fresh for the smoothest sauce texture.

Reserve pasta water—it helps loosen and bind the sauce if it becomes too thick.
