Description

These no-bake Candy Cane Cheesecake Parfaits are layered with fluffy cheesecake mousse, soft red velvet cake crumbs, and whipped cream, topped with crushed candy canes for the ultimate festive treat. Perfect for Christmas parties, make-ahead desserts, or a joyful winter indulgence.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups red velvet cake crumbs

1/3 cup crushed candy canes

1 cup whipped cream (for topping)


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.

4. Prepare the red velvet cake crumbs and crushed candy canes.

5. In jars or glasses, layer cheesecake mousse followed by red velvet cake crumbs. Repeat layers, ending with mousse.

6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.

7. Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

For cleaner layers, use a piping bag for the cheesecake mousse.

Add crushed candy canes just before serving to prevent melting.

Red velvet cake can be homemade, boxed, or store-bought for convenience.
