Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 lb ground beef
2 cups rotini pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the sausage slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and paprika, then cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits.
- Lower heat to medium. Stir in heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta, shrimp, sausage, and beef back to the skillet. Stir in cheddar cheese and mix until everything is coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
