Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz spaghetti

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small yellow onion, diced

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.

2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef evenly.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Allow it to thicken slightly over low heat.

5. Gradually stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone until melted and smooth.

6. In a separate pot, boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and toss with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

7. Combine pasta with the creamy beef sauce. Mix thoroughly and top with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest melt and best flavor.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste if you’re spice-sensitive.
