Description

These Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate morning win. Made with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and buttery slider buns, they’re easy to assemble and perfect for busy weekdays or weekend brunches. You can prep them ahead or freeze them for later, making them one of the most flexible and satisfying breakfast options around.

Ingredients

12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or brioche)

8 large eggs

1 tablespoon butter (for cooking eggs)

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 slices bacon

6 slices cheddar cheese (or enough to cover)

1 cup leafy lettuce (optional)

2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, about 15-18 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet with 1 tbsp butter until just set.
  4. Lower oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  5. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected.
  6. Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Layer scrambled eggs, cheese slices, bacon, and optional lettuce.
  7. Cover with top buns and brush melted butter over the tops.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
