Ingredients
12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or brioche)
8 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter (for cooking eggs)
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices bacon
6 slices cheddar cheese (or enough to cover)
1 cup leafy lettuce (optional)
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing on top)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon until crispy, about 15-18 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet with 1 tbsp butter until just set.
- Lower oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected.
- Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Layer scrambled eggs, cheese slices, bacon, and optional lettuce.
- Cover with top buns and brush melted butter over the tops.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
