Description

Golden, buttery, and bursting with blueberry goodness, these Blueberry Pie Bombs are a quick and irresistible dessert. Perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, they’re an easy treat for brunch, dessert, or snacks.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Canned Blueberries

1 package Biscuit Dough

2 tablespoons Sugar

2 tablespoons Butter, melted

1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

1. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface until thin and even.

2. Place a spoonful of blueberry filling in the center of each dough round and sprinkle a little sugar over it.

3. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly.

4. Brush each pie bomb with melted butter and roll in graham cracker crumbs.

5. Place bombs in the air fryer basket, spaced evenly. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

6. Remove, cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

Use slightly thickened or drained blueberries to avoid excess moisture.

Seal the edges tightly to prevent filling leakage.

Reheat in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to restore crispiness if storing overnight.
