Ingredients
8 jalapeños halved and seeded
6 oz brie cheese chopped
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes
3. In a bowl mix cream cheese and brie until smooth

5. Fill each jalapeño half with the mixture
