Description
Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a creamy, one-pan pasta dinner that brings comfort and flavor to the table in under 30 minutes. With tender pasta, seasoned beef, and a velvety parmesan cream sauce infused with garlic and herbs, it’s a recipe that tastes indulgent yet comes together effortlessly.
Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
3. Push the beef to one side and melt butter on the other. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the garlic and beef. Let it simmer gently for 3-5 minutes.
5. Gradually stir in the grated parmesan until fully melted and the sauce thickens.
6. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
7. Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best melting and flavor—pre-shredded may not blend smoothly.
Don’t skip draining the beef; extra grease can thin the sauce.
Add a splash of cream when reheating to revive the sauce’s creamy texture.
