Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 eggs, beaten

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, Panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Pat tilapia dry. Dip each fillet in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange fillets on baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky. Broil 1–2 minutes at end if desired.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
