Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, Panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Pat tilapia dry. Dip each fillet in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange fillets on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky. Broil 1–2 minutes at end if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
