Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley while hot. Serve immediately.
