Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1/4 cup butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup honey

Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Cooking spray or oil mist


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Prepare a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray basket with oil.
  5. Arrange tenders in a single layer in the basket. Spray tops lightly with oil.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  7. While tenders cook, melt butter in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add honey and chili flakes. Simmer sauce for 1–2 minutes and remove from heat.
  9. Toss cooked tenders in the warm sauce or brush on generously.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
