Description

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a flavor-packed fusion of spicy buffalo chicken and crispy egg roll wrappers. They’re the perfect appetizer or snack, featuring creamy, cheesy chicken filling with just the right amount of heat, all wrapped and air fried to golden perfection. Light, crunchy, and satisfying, they’re a healthier take on a party classic.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray or oil for misting

Optional:

Green onions, chopped

Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.
  3. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  9. Place egg rolls in a single layer without touching.
  10. Spray tops with oil and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
  11. Let cool slightly and serve with dipping sauce.
