Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Scrub potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Poke holes around each potato using a fork.
- Rub with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
