Description

Crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside, these air fryer baked potatoes are a speedy and satisfying way to enjoy a classic favorite. Customize them with your favorite toppings for a hearty side or a full meal.


Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Poke holes around each potato using a fork.
  3. Rub with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. Check doneness by inserting a knife easily through the center.
  7. Rest for a few minutes before slicing open and fluffing with a fork.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and serve hot.
